This paper aims to examine the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on employment in the finance sector. In the process of development, there have been concerns regarding the influence of AI on employment, particularly in the finance industry. However, there have also been suggestions that AI has the potential to alter finance jobs, making the process more efficient, thus enabling finance workers to concentrate on more complex tasks. In the process of exploring the influence of AI on employment, the research highlights the potential of job displacement or the creation of jobs, focusing on the need for finance labor to acquire skills in finance as well as technology. In conclusion, the research establishes that AI has the potential to alter finance careers, thus enabling finance workers to acquire more skills.
